Our general enquiry and school demo forms may collect your name, role, school, college, business or other organization, location, phone number, email address, area of interest, preferred timing and the details you include in your message. The school form may also request an approximate student-strength range.
Our hosting provider may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser information, request records and security or spam signals.
For the conversation you requested

- To understand institutional or business needs and arrange a demo, consultation or introductory discussion.

How Netlify Forms is involved

Revamus may later configure form notifications within Netlify. Those operational settings do not change the information requested by the forms.

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain relevant business records, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Questions, access or correction
You may ask about the information you submitted, request a correction or ask us to delete it where appropriate. Use the Revamus contact form and provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Forms are intended for adult contacts
Our enquiry forms are intended for school leaders, educators, parents or guardians, business representatives and other authorized adults. Students or children should not submit personal information through these forms without the involvement of a parent, guardian or authorized school representative.
